Registration Fees
The registration fees below are exempt from VAT in accordance with Section 4(22a) of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG).
Important: Papers in the main conference track must have at least one of their authors registered to appear in the LNCS proceedings. Additionally, presentations at the conference, including at lab sessions, require at least one of the authors to be registered. A registration is, however, not necessary for notebook papers to appear in the CEUR proceedings.

Registration Fees Include
The in-person tickets (Full and Student) include
- Admission to all conference and lab sessions
- Conference proceedings
- Daily coffee breaks
- Daily lunch
- Access to the Welcome Reception
The in-person tickets (Full and Student) bought before the regular registration deadline (i.e., Early and Regular) also include access to the Conference Dinner. Tickets bought after the regular registration deadline do not include access to the Conference Dinner.
Registration Fee Vouchers for Student Authors
Each lab has received a voucher of 200 Euros for the CLEF registration fee to award to one of their student authors. The voucher is redeemable for any ticket category.
Invitation Letter
If you need an invitation letter for visa purposes, you can request it during the registration process by selecting the respective “Add-on”. We will review your request and notify you via e-mail. After approval, you can complete the payment for the registration, and you will receive the invitation letter alongside your conference ticket.
