TalentCLEF
TalentCLEF is an evaluation lab that aims to establish a public benchmark and collaborative forum for assessing NLP models in Human Capital Management, promoting fairness, multilingual capability, and cross-industry adaptability to advance skill and job intelligence technologies.
Tasks
The TalenCLEF Lab features two different tasks:
Contextualized Job-Person Matching
Match job offers with the most relevant candidate profiles using realistic, context-rich descriptions of jobs and résumés.
Job-Skill Matching with Skill Type Classification
Find the most relevant skills for each job title and classify them by skill type.
